Roy K. Boyles (bio)
Warren County

Roy has been a member of the Warren County School Board since 2004. He has served one year as Chairman of the Valley Region, one year as President-Elect/ Finance Chairman, and two years on the VSBA Audit Committee.

Joan E. Wodiska (bio)
Falls Church City

Joan has been a member of the Falls Church City School Board since 2004. She has served one year as VSBA President; one year as VSBA President-Elect; one year as a VSBA At-Large Member; one year as Chairman of the Legislative Positions Committee; and two years as Chairman of the VSBA Northeastern Region. She has served on the VSBA Federal Relations Committee and Finance Committees.

Harrisonburg City

Kerri has been a member of the Harrisonburg City School Board since 2004. She has served two years as a VSBA At-Large Member; two years as Chairman of the Federal Relations Committee; one year as Chairman of the Legislative Positions Committee; and one year as Chairman of the Valley Region. Kerri has also served as the VSBA Representative on the Teacher of the Year Committee and the Gifted Committee.

Kathy has been a member of the Henry County School Board Since 2006. She has served one year as Chairman of the Blue Ridge Region, and one year on the VSBA Audit Committee. She has also represented the Board in 2012 on the DOE Teacher of the Year Selection Committee.

Wythe County

Bill has been a member of the Wythe County School Board since 2006. He has served one year as a VSBA At-Large Member; two years as Chairman of the Blue Ridge Region; and two years on the VSBA Audit Committee. He has also represented the Board on the DOE Teacher of the Year Selection Committee. He is currently representing the Board on Virginia Education Technology Advisory Committee and VPOST Committee.

Juandiego has been a member of the Charlottesville City School Board since 2006. He has served one year as Chairman of the Federal Relations Committee; one year as a VSBA At-Large Member, and two years on the VSBA Legislative Positions Committee.

Lori has been a member of the Roanoke City School Board Since 2008. She has served one year as a VSBA At-Large Member. She also represents the VSBA on the Advisory Committee for Education of the Gifted.

Ellery has been a member of the Prince Edward County School Board since 2005. He has served one year as a VSBA At-Large Member; and two years as Chairman of the Southern Region. He also represents the board on the Virginia Committee of Practitioners.

Diane has been a member of the Southampton County School Board since 2002. She has served two years as Chairman of the Tidewater Region.

Doug has been a member of the Floyd County School Board since 1988. He has previously served on the VSBA Federal Relations Committee and was on the board for the Southwest Virginia Governor's School.

Nelson County

Mary has been a member of the Nelson County School Board since 2010. She has previously served on the VSBA Federal Relations Committee.

Lancaster County

Don has been a member of the Lancaster County School Boards since 2004. He also serves as Chairman of the joint board of control for the northern neck technical center.

Manassas City

Scott has been a member of the Manassas City School Board since 2000. He is the Chair of the Manassas Board and currently serves as the Chair of the Board for the regional Governor’s School at Innovation Park. He has served one year as Chairman of the Northeastern Region; has served since 2008 on the VSBA Insurance Pools Supervisory Board; and was previously a member of the VSBA FRN.
